eurorack

Designing and building an Eurorack synthesizer at home.

General terms

  • Everything other than the case and power supply should be designed from scratch, at home.
  • PCBs are designed to be easily assembled at home.
  • PTH is preferred, but SMD parts are allowed.
  • Bare MCUs are preferred, but custom PCB-friendly development boards (like Raspberry Pi Pico) are allowed when the bare MCU is not easy to hand solder.
